Our Classic Polish Arabians have sire and dam lines tracing directly to the stallions and mares which established the foundation families of the Polish Arabian . We strive always towards the goal of revitalizing and reestablishing the Polish Arabian horse to its original status as one of the finest horses in the world, and careful research and match pedigrees as well as always considering the physical attributes of each individual.

Polish breeders over the centuries developed a type of Arabian horse which exemplified courage, soundness, beauty, athletic ability, speed and character through an adherence to sound breeding philosophies and management. The historical Polish government-managed breeding farms have had management changes during the current era, which consequently has allowed the infusion of other bloodlines and types of Arabians to become a major part of the breeding pool, resulting in near decimation of some of the the original Polish Arabian foundation sire and dam lines.
(Bairactar, imported to Weil, Germany in 1817 from Syria, was a grey Saqlawi Jidran strain stallion said to be the most beautiful Arabian stallion ever imported. He was the founder of the oldest sire line in Polish breeding. His skeleton is on display at the Weil-Marbach Stud in Germany.)
With the discovery of Safari CAHR, one of the last living stallions with a direct line to Bairactar through his descendant Amurath Sahib, the possibility of saving this valuable and close to extinction pure Polish bloodline seemed possible .
Safari CAHR, a 20-year stallion found living in oblivion at a southern California horse rescue, had been kept in a stall for fifteen years. A former race winner on the track, he had been donated to the rescue and never used for breeding. Incredibly, only ten generations existed during the 182 years between his foaling and that of his direct male ancestor from the desert, Bairactar. He was a living, breathing treasure -- and I brought him to Texas.
During the eight years I was lucky enough to have him with me, he lived his best life -- surrounded by his beloved Polish mares -- sourced as best I could from all corners of the US. My dear regal Safari passed away during the spring of 2022. Thank heavens he has left us with sons and daughters to carry on his legacy. I have joined with individuals of like mind over the years in both proprietary and mutual ownership and partnerships, and look forward to sharing what we have been able to accomplish to date.
